    Born and raised in Edmonton, Richard has been building in the capital city for over 30 years. As the founder of BRASS III, he has brought his creative vision and meticulous attention to detail to over 20 projects residents proudly call home.

    Project Coordinator
    Debbie oversees BRASS III office and front line operations, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Having worked in multi-family residential construction for 14 years, Debbie’s most recent project was 625 Leger Way, a BRASS III infill condo project in Whitemud Oaks.

    Project Manager
    Greg brings 30 years experience in construction to the BRASS III team. Responsible for all on-site construction, Greg oversees trades and inspection contractors. At completion Greg will inspect your home with you. This enhances customer satisfaction knowing they are with the individual who was involved with the project from the ground up.

    Ernie’s creative vision has been built into reality by BRASS III for over 30 years. He is involved in our projects from the preliminary design through to issuing final inspection certificates. Ernie graduated from the UBC School of Architecture in 1971.

    A UBC Sauder business student working towards his CPA, William oversees the BRASS III marketing strategy, including the corporate and Queen Alexandra websites.
  • Bonnie Walters

    Interior Designer
    For 40 years Bonnie has been designing beautiful living spaces throughout Edmonton, including 30 years with BRASS III. She has assembled the four colour selection palates for the Queen Alexandra project which can be seen at the BRASS III sales centre.
